You also agree that we may request further information to verify your purchase. We work closely with the payment processors and the authorities to fight online fraud and report suspicious activity.
If you fail to verify your ID we are required to report this as a fraudulent transaction to your payment processor immediately, and blacklist your submitted data, which may result in suspension of your payment method. A refusal to verify ID is not only a breach of these terms and conditions, but will be reported as an unauthorized use of a payment account.

Return(s) & Exchange
- No refund on digital products.
- No exchange for ordering the wrong region or type.
- Exchange is allowed only if the code was invalid.
- In the unlikely circumstance that the code you’ve received does not work, please send us a screenshot of the error message received & order details at support@souqkuwait28.com and we will review your complaint and provide you a resolution at the earliest.
- We aim to reply to all the complaints within 1-2 working day(s). In some cases, where we need to get the report of the error from the supplying company, the waiting time can take 4-5 working days.
